DataLens Pro transformed the way our product team makes decisions. We migrated from a legacy BI tool and cut our average report generation time from 45 minutes to under 90 seconds. The anomaly detection module alone has paid for the entire subscription -- it caught a payment processing issue at 2 AM that would have cost us six figures if left undetected until morning. The onboarding experience was seamless; their solutions architect spent three days with our team and we were live in production within the week.
We evaluated five analytics platforms before selecting DataLens Pro, and it was the clear winner on every dimension. The visual query builder is genuinely intuitive -- our marketing team now builds their own dashboards without filing tickets to the data engineering team. The embedded analytics SDK has also been excellent; we white-label dashboards for our enterprise clients and they consistently receive positive feedback.
Solid platform overall. The query performance is outstanding and the connector library covers every data source we use. I docked one star because the PDF export formatting can be finicky when dealing with very wide tables -- sometimes columns get truncated. Their support team acknowledged this and said a fix is on the Q1 roadmap. Other than that, no complaints.
DataLens Pro's Python SDK is a game-changer for our data engineering workflows. We automated our entire monthly board reporting pipeline and integrated metric snapshots into our CI/CD process so that every deployment includes a performance regression check. Documentation is excellent, and the community Slack channel is responsive.
Great product with a reasonable learning curve. My team of five analysts was productive within a few days. The dashboard versioning feature is surprisingly useful -- we have rolled back accidental edits several times. The only area where I would like to see improvement is the mobile experience; dashboards render but the touch interactions could be more refined.
We process about 2 billion events per day and DataLens Pro handles the load without breaking a sweat. The columnar engine is incredibly efficient, and the adaptive caching layer means that repeated queries are near-instantaneous. We replaced a Spark-based reporting stack and reduced our infrastructure costs by about 40 percent.
If you are still building dashboards in spreadsheets, do yourself a favor and switch to DataLens Pro. The collaboration features are excellent -- real-time co-editing, comment threads on individual charts, and granular permissions. We went from email-attachment chaos to a single source of truth for all our KPIs. Highly recommended for any data-driven organization.
Very pleased with DataLens Pro after six months of use. The anomaly detection caught two infrastructure issues before our monitoring stack even triggered alerts. My one piece of constructive feedback: the custom SQL editor could benefit from better autocompletion and syntax highlighting for complex CTEs. Overall, though, a top-tier analytics platform.
