Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my test run limit on the Free plan?
When you reach the 1,000 test run limit on the Free plan, additional test runs are queued and executed at a lower priority. You'll receive a notification encouraging you to upgrade to Pro for unlimited test runs with full-speed execution.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes! We offer a 50% discount on the Pro plan for qualifying startups (under $5M in funding) and registered nonprofits. Contact our sales team with proof of eligibility to get started.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Absolutely. You can start a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. You'll have full access to all Pro features during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoice-based billing with ACH or wire transfer for Enterprise customers with annual contracts.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Primates for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
